An Innovative Approach to Pandemic Learning

The Henry Ford’s Innovation Nation Teacher Innovator Awards (TIA), presented by Raytheon Technologies, recognizes teachers who demonstrate our Model i Habits of an Innovator through their educational practices. The COVID-19 pandemic presented parents, students and educators with countless challenges that impacted their learning and teaching experiences. Join us this summer as we host a series of THF Conversations that feature our 2021 TIA winners to discuss the practices and tools they’ve adopted this past year, and their plans of implementing them in future student engagements.

Olivia Marsh

Olivia holds a BA in history and an MA in museum studies, with a focus on informal education. She has over 10 years of experience working in cultural institutions, including Meadow Brook Hall and the Detroit Institute of Arts, and serves as a grant writer for several arts organizations in Michigan.
